How to Sign a PDF Online — Free & Completely Private

  1. Upload your PDF — drag and drop or click the upload zone. The document renders page by page in the workspace on the right.
  2. Upload your signature and/or seal image — PNG images with transparent backgrounds work best. The tool can automatically remove white backgrounds.
  3. Position stamps — click Place on Active Page to add to the visible page, or All Pages to stamp every page. Then drag and resize each stamp freely on the canvas.
  4. Configure output — choose color mode, scan quality, and optional scanner noise for an authentic scanned look.
  5. Download — click "Compile & Download Signed PDF" to get your finished document instantly.
