Are my uploaded resume files stored? ▼

No. We process resume files in system memory temporarily to extract text, audit them, and return the report. Your files are deleted immediately after execution and are never saved permanently on our servers.

Does this scanner support other formats besides PDF and DOCX? ▼

Currently, our system parses PDF and DOCX file structures as they are the standard formats requested by modern recruitment boards. Ensure your files are not password protected or image-only scans.
