Privacy Policy
Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our mission. This policy explains how DevSuite protects your information across our website and mobile applications published on the Google Play Store.
100% In-Browser Privacy
All developer tools run locally in your browser memory or device runtime. Code, files, and images are never uploaded or stored on our servers.
Zero Data Selling
We do not collect, sell, lease, or trade personal information to third parties. Your data belongs entirely to you.
Play Store Certified
Our mobile applications adhere to Google Play Developer Policies, providing explicit runtime permission controls and full data safety disclosures.
Instant Data Erasure
Because processing occurs in local volatile memory, closing your browser tab or app instantly clears transient workspace data.
1 Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy governs the operation of the DevSuite online platform (accessible at newey.in) and all official Android mobile applications published by DevSuite on the Google Play Store.
Whether you use our web suite (e.g., Code Compare, JSON Formatter, ATS Resume Builder, PDF Signer, SQL Beautifier) or our native mobile applications, this policy details our strict data protection principles and commitment to total privacy.
DevSuite does not require account registration, passwords, or personal user profiles to access any utility tools.
2 Client-Side Data Processing Architecture
Unlike traditional web services that send user data to remote servers for processing, DevSuite is engineered around a 100% Client-Side Privacy Architecture.
- Code Snippets & Comparisons: Code, JSON documents, SQL queries, and text files pasted into tools like Code Compare or JSON Formatter are processed locally inside your browser runtime memory via client-side JavaScript.
- PDFs & Document Processing: When using tools such as PDF Signer, PDF Merge, or PDF to Word Converter, document rendering and manipulation occur locally on your device using WebAssembly and Web Crypto APIs.
- Images & Audio: Image Compression, Base64 conversion, and Audio Transcription are performed using in-browser worker scripts and Web APIs.
At no point are your source code files, documents, passwords, or personal media uploaded, logged, or permanently stored on DevSuite servers.
3 Android App Disclosures & Runtime Permissions
To deliver advanced utility features on Android devices, our mobile applications published on the Google Play Store may request optional runtime permissions. We adhere strictly to the Google Play Developer Program Policies regarding user data and permission scoping.
Runtime Permissions Overview
- Camera Permission (
CAMERA): Requested solely when utilizing QR Code Scanning or document camera capture utilities. Camera feeds are processed locally on device and are never recorded or transmitted externally. - Microphone Permission (
RECORD_AUDIO): Requested only when using voice-to-text, live audio transcription, or audio translation utilities (e.g. Meeting Recorder Scribe). Audio streams are processed in local volatile device memory for real-time transcription and are not saved remotely. - Storage / Media Permission (
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE/READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Requested exclusively to allow you to select files (PDFs, images, documents) for local utility processing or to save generated files (e.g. converted PDFs, compressed images, QR codes) to your device. - Network Access (
INTERNET/ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to deliver application updates, check online utility status, and display responsive Google AdMob banner advertisements.
All permissions are requested in-context with clear disclosure rationale. You can modify or revoke app permissions at any time via Android System Settings > Apps > DevSuite App > Permissions.

Data Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and online utility networks (e.g. ad serving & HTTPS resources) is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / SSL).
5 Third-Party Advertising & Analytics
DevSuite is supported by non-intrusive banner advertisements to keep all developer utilities 100% free and open for everyone.
Google AdSense & Google AdMob
We use Google AdSense (for web pages) and Google AdMob SDK (for Android apps) to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and unique advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / AAID) to serve ads based on prior web visits or app usage.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to DevSuite and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or using the www.aboutads.info opt-out portal.
Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
We utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate website performance and popular utility tool metrics. Google Analytics measures anonymous usage parameters such as pages viewed, browser type, device category, country location, and session length.
No personally identifiable information (PII) or user file contents are sent to Google Analytics. For more information, please read the Google Privacy & Terms Policy.
6 Cookies, Local Storage & Preference Caching
DevSuite utilizes HTML5 localStorage and sessionStorage exclusively for user experience enhancement:
- Theme Preferences: Saving your selected visual appearance mode (Dark Theme vs. Light Theme).
- Editor Settings: Caching local editor configurations (e.g., indent size, wrap lines option, or auto-format toggles).
These local key-value stores remain strictly on your local browser/device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser cache or app storage data.
7 Data Retention & User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Google Play Store User Data Deletion Requirements, we provide explicit details on data retention and erasure mechanisms:
Utility & App File Erasure
Because DevSuite operates under a zero-storage architecture, we do not store or maintain user accounts, user files, or code snippets on our infrastructure. Closing your browser tab, clearing local application storage, or uninstalling our Android mobile app immediately purges all transient memory states from your device.
Communication Data Deletion Requests
If you have previously contacted DevSuite customer support via email or feedback form, we may hold record of your support request email address and message body.
To request deletion of any support email communication or feedback record, simply email us at support@newey.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 48 business hours.
8 Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)
DevSuite developer utilities and mobile applications are designed for professional developers, students, and general users. Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@newey.in so we can promptly delete such information.
9 Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & International)
Depending on your geographical location, you have statutory rights regarding your personal data:
European Union (GDPR / UK GDPR)
- Right of Access & Portability: The right to request copies of your personal data.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): The right to request deletion of personal support records.
- Right to Restrict or Object: The right to restrict processing or object to ad customization.

10 Security Safeguards & Policy Updates
We employ rigorous security standards to safeguard your browsing experience. All connections to newey.in are enforced over encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) with strict Content Security Policy (CSP) nonces, HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), and XSS protection headers.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements to our developer tools, changes in legal regulations, or Google Play Store policy revisions. Revisions will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
